How It Works

You take the house. Together.

You get your group together, you take a house, and you keep it through junior and senior year.

Your own bedroom, your own lease. Each room is leased separately, so you're never on the hook for someone else's rent.
Your key opens your bedroom and the front door — so your room is genuinely your own.
Ring security system on every house.
Free laundry on site. In the house, no cards, no quarters.
Rent does not go up in year two.
You have the place over the summer, not just the school year.

Here you're renting from the person who owns the houses, maintains them, and answers the phone — not a management company with a ticket queue.
